BDLC has hosted a number of community group meetings in our upstairs multipurpose room or front meeting room space. We host these meetings at no charge as a community service. We are able to provide community meetings with folding chairs and tables that can be flexibly arranged depending on group size. Groups that have met upstairs in our meeting space includes an employee meeting for Bloomingfoods staff, a neighborhood mediation by the Center for Conflict Resolution, the Holistic Moms Network monthly meetings, the monthly meeting of the Touchpoint Educational Support Group, and a support group of practioners of non-violent communication.

Kindermusik
Lisa Bruns currently offers a range of Kindermusik classes here at BDLC’s in our upstairs multipurpose room. Classes occur on Thursday at various times depending on the age group of your child. Music Therapy Group
Jonni Fogerty, MM, MT-BC, is a board certified music therapist offering small group therapy sessions (3-5 children per group) here at BDLC.  Her current group therapy sessions are hosted Saturday mornings.  Jonni states that “music is an excellent motivator that assists with the accomplishment and carry-over of therapeutic goals in an exciting and socially encouraging environment.” Additional information can be attained through her website www.fogertymusictherapy.com , or by contacting her by phone at 812-340-9269 or by email at jonni_fogerty@yahoo.com

Spanish with Katie
Katie Zukof is an experienced teacher and creative and dynamic instructor who incorporates songs, stories and games into every lesson. In this class your preschooler will build Spanish vocabulary through storytelling, active movement, music and signing. Classes are held two times per week with 30-minute sessions.
